Nice hotel. 8/10 for us. Breakfast could have been warmer, and paper plates was new for a hotel for breakfast. Not worth a complaint. Staff is kind and accommodating. Bathroom could have been a touch cleaner with the shower head on the sprayer being very dirty to even look at, but the rest of the bathroom was clean and tidy. Would stay again to be able to walk to Fattey’s.

Clean and we feel safe staying here for 6 days. I left my jewelry when we checked out. An hour after I called them that I left my jewelry, then they said they found it. I’m happy that the hotel cleaner was a great person. Thank you.

We stay at this hoyel whenever we're in Rochester. Best hotel in the area. Nice neighvorhood and convenient to a number of great places in the city for entertainment, dining, and shopping.

Increase on site parking. There is a very small area and then the parking garage associated with the nearby museum was suggested -but it closes at 10 pm, after which you need to call hotel reception and ask them to call the garage to open up to let you in to either park or retrieve your car. That's NUTS!!

A lot of children because of the Museum of Play right there. Ask for a corner room to get away from the noise and get breakfast early.

This hotel was brand new and in great condition. The service at the bar/restaurant was excellent and so was the food. The free morning breakfast was average but fine. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. The free airport shuttle was an added perk and worked well for me. I would stay here again when in the area.

The staff was super friendly and accomodating. The room was perfect for the 3 of us. We stayed in the king suite, and used the pull out couch for our daughter. Loved that the hotel was dog friendly, and had a nice patch of grass with extra dog bags and garbage for dog waste. We chose the Hampton Inn for the walking proximity to Strong Museum, and we were completely amazed at the hotel setup, cleanliness, and breakfast options!! I couldnt believe there was a waffle making station with ALL the topping options available, and yummy omelettes!! There was a perfect shallow pool and a great new gym. The decor was lovely, and we enjoyed the hotel music. The absolute bonus was the location and proximity to so many food and entertainment options. We had an amazing stay, and will only stay at this hotel now when visiting Rochester!
