Stayed for 2 nights and cleaning service was not offered on the second day although the cleaning lady was present and only was focused on cleaning rooms where people checked out. We got a note saying that due to unforeseen issues our room will not be cleaned.
Breakfast was offered which is fantastic however on the weekend they offer it until 10 but on the weeknight until 9 and we weren’t told so missed breakfast on Monday. Funny enough we were in the lobby before 9 and there were no signs of any kind that would have warned us to grab food. We went for a jog and could have grabbed food if we knew about the odd hrs of weeknight/weekend hrs. As a guest it does feel odd that you need to remember if it’s a week night or weekend as you are usually on a gateway and want to unplug. Adding a sign next to the tea/coffee area could have avoided the issue.
The pics are showing a nice park with a lake however it is 1km away .. so not on the property which was deceiving seeing as part of hotel property.
Overall, the hotel is clean and fresh and staff was friendly.
