Sunlit 3-BDRM in Central Penfield - Fenced Yard!

Centrally located in Penfield, NY, this freshly painted and upgraded ranch features vaulted ceilings and bright rooms. A huge fenced-in backyard is perfect for children and pets to play!

Set up for six guests, there are three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with twins. Two full bathrooms, which includes master bedroom ensuite with walk-in shower.

Come on and relax in this roomy home with a private feel, just minutes from Wegmans, Target, and many restaurants and services.

All rooms are on the main floor and the house is wheelchair accessible. Enquire if needed about having a ramp installed for the front door.

Sorry, the garage is not included in the rental. There is plenty of parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway.

Pets welcome if approved -- please check with host. Pet fee: $20/pet/night.
NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $100 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Please note my pet fee is $20/night/pet and will be requested a day or two prior to your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.

This was exactly what we needed! Close to EVERYTHING in Penfield. Made trips to Target, Wegmans and Pattaya Thai food in a jiffy! The fenced in yard was well received by our small dog. Prompt responses from the owner. Thank you very much!!!!!

Six of us older adults stayed at the property to attend an event in a nearby town. It was perfect for our needs, especially the large living room with lots of comfortable seating where we could kick back in the evening. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had.

Home away from home
Walk in to a blast from the past as I entered this home. Great little 70’s charm home with all the modern conveniences you need for today. The home is adorable and clean. Private side yard for sitting outside. Will definitely plan on staying here again.
