This is a split-level home with the kitchen, living room, queen bedroom, twin trundle bedroom, full bathroom, and deck on the upper level. The 2nd living room w/ TV, multi-game arcade, kids' toy nook, king bedroom w/ walk-in closet, laundry room, bathroom w/ shower, and office area are on the lower level.

You will have full access to the two-car garage, as well.

Please note that this is a split-level home, so guests must be able to use stairs.

There is very little yard space, but you are welcome to enjoy the outdoors on the upstairs deck, by walking the neighborhood, or biking/hiking the Douglas Trail (3 min. away)!
