The property was in good shape, no complaints about it. Just something about their staff and customer service: I booked my stay through expedia. I wanted to make changes to my reservation more than 48 hours earlier to my scheduled stay due to flight interruption, an expedia agent helped me to message them but I didn’t receive a reply even after I checked-in(they have contactless check-in). When the expedia agent raised my query they responded that, a manager is needed to approve the change and was not present momentarily. That’s it, no response after that, totally ghosted. Felt helpless.

Sheets were a little dirty and bathroom in the room was enclosed in transparent walls, but room was very nice with good size tv. Everything in old Montreal was so close, this was very conviennent
