A lovely little creek runs on the north side of the house, offering guests a bit of extra privacy, and the town's charming shops and restaurants await half a mile north. And whether you choose to spend your days beachcombing, surfing, or sunbathing, you'll always come home to a private foosball table, a gas fireplace, and a luxurious jetted bathtub in the master suite.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Awesome views right on the beach
We loved this large home right on the beach! Waking up to the sounds and beautiful views of the ocean was wonderful. We wish they would have maintained and cleaned it better, but we still had an awesome time there and would return again.

Good location
Good location right on the beach. The house was clean and comfortable but as stated in previous reviews, the place is run down and needs work. Paint, furniture, flooring, etc are in pretty bad shape. Having said that, it's not the kind of place where you have to worry about damaging some expensive part of the house or furniture. Communication was great.

Hairball Haven: Great Views, Questionable Hygiene
While the views were absolutely stunning, the property itself was a huge disappointment. The house was dirty and neglected, with dust and grime in every corner. The kitchen, bathrooms, and floors looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages, making it hard to feel comfortable. Not to mention we could not get a single tv working . Such a shame because the location and views were fantastic, but the lack of cleanliness really ruined the vibes. You can tell the owner probably hasn’t visited the property in some time as there were many issues that need addressed ie chipping paint broken appliances, broken hot tub cover, broken front porch tiles ….. just to name a few.

Had a great time with our family!
Upon check in, we had some issues with the rooms being locked and had to be walked through over the phone in order to open the doors so we could get settled in. Overall stay was great and had plenty of room for the family. Property right on the beach made for some amazing memories. Wish the beds were a tad more comfortable- but overall great place.

The view was great
Day of check-in got a text stating couldn't check-in until 6pm due to short staffing, when arriving the house was dirty in a lot of areas, mold in the master shower, kitchen stove had food on it. Lots of areas weren't dusted, copwebs all over the house, bathrooms vents are full of dust. First night realized fridge wasn't cooling properly had to throw away a lot of our food, let them know they sent someone out the next afternoon, he just cleaned behind the fridge but of all the trash and dust there was but still wasnt as cold as it should of been. As much money it is to stay there a night and all the fees you would think it would be kept much nicer and cleaner.

House needs work- safety hazard!
Loved location, house had plenty of room. However this house needs major interior work done so many broken things & is a safety hazard! The sliding door panel fell out knocked my grandson over, thanking our lucky stars the baby (no baby in the Walker) Walker took the fall of door otherwise would crush him!!!!

50th birthday party
The house is in need of some major maintenance. For the amount of money that I spent, the house should be kept in better condition. The hot tub jets didn’t work, the sliding glass door is difficult to slide open and closed, and many things were loose and not functioning correctly. The list could go on and on. The location was the one thing that we enjoyed. Take some of the money and do some maintenance on the home. Also, the front of the house tiles as you go up the stairs were loose and broken which is a fall risk. The foosball table players are not stationary so it is pointless to have.

Spacious but need some repairs.
This is a nice big house. The pictures are deceiving. It has a lot of cosmetic damage. One of the burners on the stove wouldn't light. The pans were all scratched and damages. One of the blinds were broke and tied up. The back sliding door had to be lifted and slid to close but it was so heavy some of us had to get help to shut it. The tiles on the porch stairs are broken and chipped and my daughter tripped and almost fell. The hot tub was amazing and the house is big and felt like a castle to the little kids.

HORRIBLE!! FOR MY WEDDING!!!
This was the worst experience staying at this place, I had my 50 person wedding here and the pictures were absolutely nothing like the house or beach, this is a scam and I intend to get all my money back. Tried contacting the host for over 3 months and no response, no beach access, rocks are placed all around the house. It depicted in photos and I had to change my whole wedding ceremony and reception bc of this. Not to mention the beach patrol gave us a $450 fine because of the parameters and this was due to the rocks we had no idea that were there. Luckily we made the best out of the beautiful beach and it was an amazing wedding but we could not use the house and I was had by VACASA. Never stay here. Nothing works everything is broken. Don’t trust these people.

Great House But Outdated
The house is awesome, and was very clean. The oven was broken when we went (for thanksgiving) and it appears to have been setup in 2005 and never updated so it’s pretty outdated. All beds were uncomfortable and many things didn’t work as they were supposed to. I don’t know as we would stay again because of that but the house size is good. Ample beds but not ample seating
