If there were a way to give zero stars, I would. Arriving at the hotel around 9 PM, I wasn’t expecting luxury, given the poor reviews, but I also wasn’t expecting the absolute disaster that awaited me. With every other hotel in town fully booked, I had no choice but to stay here—and I regretted it deeply.
Upon entering my room, I found one bed unmade, trash scattered around, and cups lying on the counters. Clearly, this room hadn’t been cleaned. When I brought this to the front desk’s attention, the clerk and manager informed me—wait for it—that this was the last room available. Their solution? Sleep on the “clean” bed (the one they assumed hadn’t been used) while they quickly removed the trash and handed me fresh towels. That was the extent of their “cleaning.” The room remained visibly dirty and unsanitary.
The misery didn’t stop there. The next morning, I discovered the shower didn’t work. They had the nerve to suggest I use a shower in another room—a level of inconvenience I’ve never experienced in all my years of travel.
While the staff was friendly and seemed apologetic, friendliness doesn’t clean a dirty room, fix a broken shower, or refund my stay (which I was promised but never received). This may have been the worst hotel experience of my life.
Save yourself the headache, frustration, and sheer disgust—stay anywhere else but here. If "last resort" hotels had a warning label, this would be Exhibit A. STAY AWAY.
