Happy with room as requested a quiet room upon booking. However no real view from balcony and noisy service area behind room. Hotel was good for our short 2 night stay. Staff for breakfast very slow at responding to requests for items needed. Breakfast choice okay

The property was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very efficient. I am 65 and was on the 3rd floor. There is no lift. A little inconvenient but there were staff to help me with my luggage initially and when i was leaving. It was not a major problem but if you have mobility issues I would suggest letting them know beforehand.

The standard room doesnt look anything like the pictures. The cleaning staff was very rude to my wife after she requested a fresh towel. There was a huge cockroach in my room. I asked for a manager and was told there wasnt one available. The front desk staff ignored my concerns.

The property was run down and the rooms were ancient. The room smelled stuffy. Worse than a motel 6 or red roof. Way overpriced for its presentation online versus in person. The entire place needs to be remodeled. Barbados is a beautiful country, this hotel experience could put a damper on one’s experience if you stay here.

Wonderful stay in Barbados!
Excellent location, right across from the beach. Easy access to public transportation. Front desk staff helpful. The only negative is the continental breakfast. It was pathetic. There is an extra cost for eggs. At minimum, offer hard boil eggs.

Blue Horizon is conveniently located close to the many beautiful beaches, groceries & airport. It's peaceful & quiet environment suited my wife & I, who recently retired. Very friendly & helpful hotel staff with a rigid & efficient room cleaning cycle. I will certainly recommend Blue Horizon hotel to my family & friends.

I love the beach right across the street only thing i guess you pay for . The property was well kept . No elevator was my downfall the people was not too friendly only a few . the continental breakfast was a big joke no eggs only bread and butter along with some small pieces of fruits
