"Very large and clean room. Air conditioner was on point. Staff was very friendly. Close to beach and restaurants. Great and affordable spot. Downside is lack of parking but it was ok to park across the street for free. Highly recommended."

"I always enjoy my stay here… I was disappointed the pool swim up bar was closed. It seems after the pandemic less staff are working. You used to be able to collect towels by the pool, now you have to retrieve them from the front desk. Also, you were greeted with a rum punch while you waited in line. Unfortunately now they give you a ticket to get your free drink at the bar. I always thought that was a nice touch. Bring that back. The location and beach can’t be beat. Lots of food options...

"We loved our stay at the Shenstone. We travelled as a family of 3. The size and cleanliness of the property was excellent. The location of the property on the south coast of Barbados is exceptional! It's walking distance to restaurants,a pharmacy, wine store, coffee shops and a plaza that has shops and a small grocery store. The responsiveness of our hosts was also quick and friendly. We would definitely stay at the Shenstone again! "
