"Great hotel in downtown Napa. Stay for work overnight and had a late check in so i received my door code and instructions via text which made things easy. 2-5 minute walk to lots of bars and restaurants downtown, but off the main street so it's not super busy. Very modern room, with a really cool heated toilet and bidet options lol. Shower was really nice too with the rainfall shower head and a traditional showerhead too. "

"Location was good and the property itself was lovely. Unfortunately the little things make a big difference and this is where there were some problems. I got a VERY small room (I think the smallest they had) on the ground floor so heard footsteps and stomps above me until late in the evening. The wall heater was VERY loud, even after I took out my hearing aid, and cycled all night. No closet, the "closet rack" for hanging clothes was in the bathroom ... which was awkward. No iron nor ironing...
