"This hotel is right on the sea so I would recommend taking a sea view room. They have big suits that are very spacious. We took the best room comprised of a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, living room, and media room. All of those were a decent size so it felt like living in your apartment. "We were given a room with no view of the ocean at check in, even though I was sold an ocean view room. It appears many of the rooms at the hotel have their view obstructed by a building in front. The front desk originally objected, but we were finally given a new room after waiting for an hour and it had a better view. "

"This holiday home is great for a couple or small family. Ideally located near the old part of town and also a small beach it has a large, safe outdoor area and a spacious lounge/living area. "We had a great vacation at Salvatores house in Pace del Mela. The garden and pool are really big and are perfect to relax and have a good time. Everything was as described and shown in the pictures, we were very happy to spend our time there. The Check-in was easy and Salvatore always helped us quickly when we had a question. "I had a wonderful experience with everything from the greeting of the staff upon arrival. Every one there is so friendly and professional and always willing to help you with any questions or concerns. I fully recommend getting the ocean view it so worth it. The restaurant on site is amazing with wonderful view and great food selections. Overall I definitely recommend Grand Hotel Victoria to anyone."

"I have great time to stay this guesthouse, wonderful arrangement to pick me up from train station, that’s what I saw the review from other guest and I followed. The location is good, walking distance to the train station, because I did day trips to the nearby little towns by train. After all, Francy is a very good manager (I didn’t ask her if she is the owner) and very helpful. I really really appreciate what you did, Francy! "

"The room itself was okay, if very bare, and there was no information about anything. Although there was a fridge for our use (and some bottled water provided) there was no kettle and no access to the kitchen until breakfast time the next day, so we couldn't make tea. We were admitted to the building when we arrived, but not welcomed. Reception desk was unstaffed, nobody around to greet us or give us any information. The building looked quite neglected. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good."
