"Wir waren 1 Woche mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus bietet für 5 Personen ausreichend Platz. Mit mehr als 5 Personen wird es in der Essküche evtl. etwas eng. Der Poolbereich ist super. Die Vermieter haben uns ganz neue Liegen hingestellt. Wir haben Gabriel von der Vermieterfamilie kennengelernt. Er hat uns das Haus gezeigt etc. Sehr nett. Von den Vermietern bekommt man ansonsten nichts mit. Am Meer ist man in ca. 30-35 Minuten."

"The Villa Maria is amazing, we had a thoroughly relaxing time. The pool was very well used by us all but especially my 2 children, the Villa has everything you need for a stress free holiday. You definitely need a car as it is so remote but in our opinion this added to the charm. The owners Valmi and Andreja were fantastic throughout. I would highly recommend the Villa Maria, my youngest is 9 and she loved it. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Valmi and Andreja."

"Really nice place to stay. Our room was very small but we knew this in advance. We were there during a heatwave so the pool was amazing. The airconditioning is also great. Breakfast is good, really nice pistachio croissants. The restaurant next to the hotel is a nice place to eat. Only negatives thing would be that the hotel is a bit noisy, you can hear people in the hallway in the morning for example. "

"We had a fantastic week at Villa Eda, an immaculate property that exceeded our expectations, apart from the lack of a hand whisk in the kitchen. Despite the heat wave with temperatures in the high 30s to low 40s, the efficient air conditioning kept us comfortable. The property’s isolation was perfect for us, although the 10-minute drive on an uneven gravel track requires a car with good suspension. The small pool and outdoor kitchen were wonderful, and collecting fresh eggs from the chickens...

Small excursions to Koper, Izola, Piran, Cerkno as well as the surrounding small villages made this place a perfect destination to travel from. She lives next door so is on hand for any issues that arise. She doesn’t speak much English but we got by using hand gestures and Google Translate. "Very nice villa in a great part of Istria for trying wine and eating great food. It is next to a really good local restaurant and their wine shop/ bar. You can reach Umags very chilled beaches in 20 minutes easy drive. Other wineries can be reached after a longer walk or short drive. The property had really good set up with loads of glasses, plates and pans. Definitely recommend."
