"Had a friendly greeting, the gentleman at reception came and got our bags from the car and bought them in, he also upgraded our room if we wanted and we accepted. Lovely comfy beds and clean ironed bed linen. All items in kitchen what we needed and a tea/ coffee/ milk and sugar welcome pack. Will definitely go there again."

"Was a lovely stay, great set up and location, perfect for lots of shopping and good food, the only downside was that the shower was not very hot at all, after a long day in the cold a hot shower was something we really needed, so we did spend most of our stay freezing unfortunately, bed was very comfy and was fabulous that you could connect your own Netflix to the TV, thank you for a nice weekend away :)"

"Great fir a weekend for two in Brighton, very central, lovely location. Lovely apartment, basic but everything you need and everything worked as expected. Lots of stairs, not abproblem for us, but worth noting. Would definitely use again."

The shower and toilet were very dirty and the sofa had all the seat cushion zips broken and the stuffing hanging out. Was not worth the money we paid and there was no welcome from the owners or information about local events etc."

"We had a wonderful weekend in Brighton and can’t thank the host enough for allowing us to stay. On arrival we were a little concerned at how little the cottage seemed in comparison to the photos but actually it was perfect. I completely understand paying for a faster clean if the room is needed earlier specially but if its already done, its one hour difference and we have stayed on multiple occasions why charge! The parking alone is £29 for overnight which isn’t the hotels problem but regardless its an additional cost without the hotel looking for extra income at any opportunity "
