"Ms. Cheryl Gustave (General Manager) and her staff were most accommodating to me and my family while we were visiting the island in February (2025). We had a very memorable 3-generational trip (mother, daughter & grandmother) and our stay here was no exception. Now, we plan to return to the property every time we visit St. Lucia and will certainly recommend it to others. I can't say enough about the service, food, drinks, shuttle to the other (3) Bay Gardens properties, which we had access to, and the serene atmosphere at Bay Gardens Hotel. The bartenders were great and the Rum Punch was even better! The hotel was recommended to us by family members and it did not disappoint. The pictures online accurately depicted the grounds. Well worth the money. I wish I had been a bit more adventurous and taken part in the Karaoke Night activities...maybe next time."

"We moved here for the last 4 days of our time on St Lucia having stayed at a more expensive hotel. We really wished we had spent the whole holiday here. We stayed in a luxury suite with a balcony overlooking the bay which was delightfully. The grounds are so tropical with seating around the gardens. The staff are so friendly and helpful and proud of their island. The location is ideal with the beach shops and bars/ restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. Jacques waterfront restaurant is situated within the grounds and fabulous for upmarket food. There is also a Pub , The Cockpit on site with great breakfast and bar meals. If we returned to St Lucia we would definitely come back to the Harmony Marina Suites."

"The Jade Mountain Resort is spectacular. My wife and I stayed in one of the sanctuary suites and it was unbelievable. The view of the Piton Mountains and Caribbean is breathtaking. The service and food is top notch. There are many activities like scuba and sailing. Fyi. there are no elevators. The resort is built on the side of a mountain. You must be able to handle a lot of stairs. I highly recommend this resort hotel. "
