Good clean affordable.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and provides a warm welcome. A welcome drink was provided at the bar and our room upgraded. The bed was super comfy with the loveliest bedding I have ever experienced. Bathroom amenities provided, robes, slippers & coffee machine came with our room. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice. The hotel is walkable to the centre and transport.

The suite we stayed in was fantastic. We were there for New Year's Eve and had the best balcony and view of the festivities. It was all a VIBE! Big room and the best location close to resturants, stores and public transportation. The staff was kind and professional and we even received two free bottles of wine to bring in the New Year! The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was incredible.

A lovely hotel however a couple of lapses in attention to detail let it down. Starting positive, it was close to Stephansplatz station and a great base for access many of the Xmas markets. The room had a smart TV and so with the range of English speaking channels limited we were able to login into our Disney account. The mini bar was restocked daily along with bedside water bottles. Areas for improvement…. At check-in, there is very little information given and you are later pointed to a tablet which should be able to help you but has limited info also. There is a pillow ‘menu’ on the tablet but only consists of one pillow type. When you ask for 2 extra, you only get one. There is no menu for room service and couldn’t work out if this exists. We could not find it on the tablet. Housekeeping came early one morning and were asked to return but did not, had to chase that evening. The aircon is set to warm despite turning the temp down. Slept with windows open which is fine but beware the bells toll from 7am. Tea/coffee emaking facilities in the room is great but no spoons? Double bed was 2 singles and this was replicated in the quilts…..we had 2 single quilts. Shelves in room were dusty which left dark clothing that was stored on them unwearable.
