"The bus (line 635) from the terminal was very convenient. It runs every 10 minutes and the trip is 5 minutes long. The rooms are nicely designed and very comfortable."

"A really nice new hotel in a central location, staff are all very helpful and friendly. My biggest gripe is that every single thing is extra. When you pay for a nice hotel you expect some things that you don’t get in a mediocre hotel but here if you want it you have to pay for it (bathrobes to use in the spa facilities - extra, coffee or tea in your room - extra, breakfast - extra, hair conditioner - not even available, vanity kit - free but you have to order it, minibar items - yes you expect to pay for these but not trudge down to reception to use a vending machine or go to the bar). It’s a shame because it’s otherwise very nice but maybe it’s more geared to people who are staying here on business and don’t mind paying for a few extra things that their company won’t pay for."

"Hotel & Staff were great. But Hotels.com failed to advise me before I booked that the restaurant and bar were both closed , during my stay. By the time I going out I could not cancel the booking without having to pay 90% of the room rate. Very annoyed! "

"The room was actually very nice.. The problem was that the restaurant was being used to host some sort of very loud party that night. With our room right above it, it made it impossible to sleep. At 00.15 i and several other guests complained about the extreme noise, but it did not stop until 2 in the morning."

"Good location, good staff. Minor sewage smell in the bathroom, likely due to improper plumbing. Would stay again, though - rooms are modern and comfortable. "

"The first morning we woke up we had no power due to them working on some equipment elsewhere in the building. Lady at the front desk didn't seem to care too much, but we had power within 35 minutes. The hotel itself is fairly clean besides people's makeshift ashtrays that were paper cups on the railings in the hall. The area surrounding the hotel didn't seem like it was too great of an area, with run down buildings and graffiti. The third floor rooms were tiny but unique with these second floor bedroom. The room was quite small for the price we paid also."
