"We have stopped here before. Great location. English pub right next door with a great host. 3 golf courses within 10 minutes drive. Villa has had a slight refurbishment with the kitchen & dinroom area redecorated & one the bathrooms downstairs been refurbished. Great time had by all. "

"This is a spacious modernised two-storey apartment, clean well-equipped, with gated/secure access and parking very close by and a good swimming pool (two meters deep at one end) just a few feet away, many of the guests in neighbouring apartments are British who visit every year, we could access English Netflix although no other TV"

"Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub in diesem schönen Haus. Ausreichend Platz, Aussenbereich, Gemeinschaftspool und was man braucht ist im Haus vorhanden, inklusive einer Waschmaschine. 25 Minuten Fahrt nach Torrevieja und zu den Stränden. Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter, der bei Bedarf sofort erreichbar ist. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen. "

"From the moment we enquired about the villa, the communications with Kim the owner were superb. The villa is really well equipped, especially for those with babies, with travel cot, high chair, changing mats and even a bin with toys to play with ! There are strict rules i the pool area about balls etc, which is understandable as there are residents as well as holiday makers there. Plenty of supermarkets (Aldi and Consum), and restaurants in walking distance. Unfortunately we had to cut...

"Stayed for 10 nights, lovely villa, everything you need. Nice and clean, towels, beach towels, well equipped kitchen, books, TV, a few English channels, parking out front, 10 mins walk to beach , beach chairs and umbrellas at villa for you to use, and a great pool. Lots of restaurants a 5/10 min drive, went to the market on Thursday at Cabo Roig , nice market not too big. Consuma supermarket 5 mins drive much better than the local carre four. "Lovely house , very quiet during week. Really good pool just outside back door . Sun traps at front in morning and rear and solarium in afternoon. Great value if 4/7 people. Long walk to beach but we were driving. Victoria bar/restaurant and La Gamba are just a 5/10 minutes walk. Great cocktails by Robert in La Gamba and lovely staff here especially the Brazillian girl. The owner was very helpful when we spoke. Will stay here again. Ray and Teresa"

"Great location, lovely outside space and well equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels were shabby and old. Beds were uncomfortable and the TV channels were all German which is fine as didn't use it. Bathrooms were lovely but the house smelt of smoke as the cleaner smoked in there before arrived. Some of the shutters didn't work and some of the locks didn't work on the windows. Loved El Raso, great location and beautiful pool area but we would not stay again. We had to pay 180 euros for crap linen...
