"Everyone who works at the hotel (reception, restaurant, bar, cleaners etc) are absolutely fantastic and customer service was great. Room was spotless though a little cold as the radiator wouldn't switch on but the bed so comfortable which provided a great sleep under the warm quilt. Glad I booked ..."

"Receptionist Lyn absolutely fantastic customer service and was a great help making the check in process so easy. Great location in city centre. Amazing apartment with all the mod cons. One minor downside was the apartment was very hot no air con or not sure if air con was working."
