"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication.
It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."
"Wonderful property and wonderful people. Close to several good casual restaurants and a couple nice beach clubs. The small pool/spa was great for us. "
"You would think that a hotel of this caliber would be incredible in every way. Sadly, this is not true. The location, setting and architecture are stunning and on point. However, the decor (at least in the rooms vs villas) is very old school and without modern enhancements. I didn't love or appreciate this aspect of the hotel. "Lovely place to stay. The place is very well located. It’s just off the main busy street filled with restaurants and shops but far enough that it’s nice and quiet. The bathroom is lovely and the point of contact, Jessica is very friendly and always happy to help. "
"Nice hotel, room was a bit tired, staff at reception and breakfast very professional but friendly, good location right on the port, in walking distance to restaurants of Porto rotondo, we sat by the pool most days as loungers on beach were occupied and was surprised that no one ever came to ask if we wanted a drink but on the whole we enjoyed our stay "

"The hotel is idyllically located, all of the best shops and hotels are right outside your hotel. The complimentary water boat to the island is absolutely stunning. It was the most peaceful & clean experience.
The hotel was very clean , the staff at the pool & beach were so friendly.
The service and location are 5 stars, the accommodationis slightly more "
"The place is beautiful, great location, it is only 10 minutes from Porto Cervo and 30 minutes from OLB airport. The staff is very friendly and there are 3 amazing beaches within a 2-minute walk."
