Great location, right next to Roma Balduina train, 2 stations away from Valle Aurelia where you can transfer to Linea A metro. Close to De Carolis avenue where routes can take you to centro storico and most attractions. Parking has an extra cost, mattresses need an update. Nice balcony, pool, kitchen. 24 hr reception.

A great spot outside the busy, crowded centres with a train station only a few steps away. Easy to get anywhere in Rome within minutes. Great pool to relax after sightseeing. Room has a comfortable bed and functional appliances. Great restaurant next door as well. Staff are very friendly, knowledgable, and speak multiple languages.

The staff took good care of us and made dinner recommendations when asked. I had an emergency where the screw of my glasses got loose and the front desk was able to find an utility knife to help us fix the problem after trying to find a screwdriver small enough to work. Breakfast was enjoyable.

This is an apartment hotel. So no extra beds for the kids was prepared. Do it yourself was the feedback we got. Everything cost extra and a bit too much for the value. It is an ok place. But nut much more. Tip: there is a local shop 5 minutes walk where you can buy everything you need from coffee to breakfasts.

Reception not help full, I asked about getting taxi earlier morning is requesting do night before went not tell me is going charge all night after my round ended is really ridiculous pay 40 euros for driving about 8 to 10 minutes . Not really good with customer I’m never going back there

The room wasn't fully cleaned, old towels still hanging up, the pullout bed was not made and no sheets or pillows in the room, had to argue with the front desk to supply them, and two male receptionists were extremely unhelpful, asked about trains and was told to download an app, not one bit helpful,especially given it takes a train and metro to get into town- wouldn't go back

Arrived to a queue of people waiting in the lobby also waiting to check-in. Apparently there was a shift-change directly at everyone’s check-in time which left one person to check almost 8 families in at the same time. We waited nearly an hour to check in. Hallways were pitch black as we had to use a flashlight to find our room. Once in the room, Hot water in the room fluctuated immensely, from freezing cold to nearly scalding hot with no movement of the knob. My girlfriend cut herself in the room and when I asked the front about a bandage, they refused and sent me to a pharmacy a long walk away. On top of that, while chilling by the pool (which you arent allowed hotel towels at) the lifeguard was fully inattentive and on his phone as there were children in the pool. But the pros: AC was great!

Le plus est la proximité de la gare et des transports en communs. La bagagerie est très pratique également Le côté negatif mais ce sont des details : seulement 2 dosettes a café dans la chambre, pas de thé ou tisane pour le premier jour. Il faut reserver la piscine, je trouve sue c'est dommage de prévoir ce temps de détente lorsque l'on est en vacances. Si on flâne dans les rues de Rome, on a pas forcément envie de regarder lheure pour rentrer a l'hôtel et aller a la piscine. L'appartement était plus propre que la première fois où nous y sommes allés

4 stelle? 2 possono bastare. Servizi inesistenti, non viene rifatta la camera ogni giorno, quindi non vengono cambiati gli asciugamani, a fine soggiorno bisogna portare in autonomia la spazzatura della propria camera nell’apposita area all’esterno. Fanno lasciare una cauzione di €50 anche se non esplicitato da nessuna parte. Camera vecchia con parecchi problemi di manutenzione, doccino intasato, odore di fogna in bagno, prese elettriche sfondate, ripiani consumati…
