Feeling somewhat cheated
The reception lady was polite but could not speak much English. She helped us with checking in and showed us our room on a different floor which was ok. We then asked her about the breakfast included in our booking but she adamantly told us that no breakfast will be provided due to the low price we paid, which was disappointing. We did not pursue the issue further as it was hard to communicate with her and we thought we won't be served anything great anyway with the response she gave us. The accommodation is located in close proximity to the central train station and there are many shops nearby which was convenient for us. The room was serviced daily but the floor tiles did not look very clean even when we checked in. We had an experience well below average compared to other accommodation of similar star rating and will not be staying there again.

hotel is close to central,everything is very close
the staff that was there on the day we arrived was not helpful at all and was not welcoming, she was also like this on the day we had left as well. She also tried to charge us again for the room. In the website it said breakfast was included but they told us that we had to pay extra if we wanted it. Also we were not shown the shared kitchen. for two days the service cleaning was not done properly as we were short of towels and toiletries that are usually provided.

Worst hotel ever
It was a bad experience and I am not a person with high expectations. It was dirty, ac bearly working, bathroom full of mold and on top of that it was full of ants. Definitely do not recommend staying in this hotel.

It was in a great location, though not well-marked. The place is fairly basic in a building that is run-down, but very clean. The bed was comfortable.

Clara Domus is more serviced rooms in a rooming house. It was very difficult to find with one small sign inside and at the back of the entrance, the reception office is shared by several 'hotels' of a similar setup in an ajoining building The rooms are clean and compact but noisy The lifts are very small and not reliable having to wait 10 minutes on one occasion and not coming at all on another The towels that were provided by the hotel you could actually see through I would definitely give this hotel a miss

The best , location close to Termini station
The best of the hotel is the location. Very close to the Termini station, metro and buses for any visiting place. The worst the entrance, awful old and dirty building, shared with other hotels. The room is decent, simple but tasty breakfast in a cafe in front of the hotel, with a voucher. Just coffee (different options) and a croissant. The only problem is that they don't provide a fridge, a problem in summer. An economic option to stay a few days in Rome. Nice staff, they provide what you want. Wifi works fine in general.

Hotel room is fine, but difficult to locate.
Want to stay next to Termini for train service. The hotel was difficult to find, it is inside a building with a very small sign and also may have another name. The hotel is on the 5th floor for checkin. We had a "room" on the third floor. The room/apt is fine, everything needed are there. Frankly I don't like Italian toilet, the seat covers are either missing or moving. This happens everywhere, not only with this hotel. And boy, Rome is really hot, luckily the hotel has aircon.

Train station overnight
Right next to the train station and bus station for the airport so very convenient. It is set up on the 5th floor of a large building with other "hotels" also having shingles on other floors which is a bit odd... not really a hotel but works fine for a one nighter. On the other side of the train station the area has many restaurants all seemingly family type places with nice authentic Italian food at reasonable prices.

Newly remodeled, nice and clean! I will definitely recommend this bed and breakfast. From the outside it looks like ok but once you are in your room is another thing.

Okay but not very special
Quite "okay" but nothing to rave about Served the purpose: an inexpensive place to stay in Rome, close to the main train station. The breakfast was not up to par with the average hotel we have stay at in Italy; moreover it was not on the premise, but down the street at a bar. Anyhow, we really have no complaints; it was altogether quite a decent place.

Hotel in good location but few amenities.
I stayed one night and must say the location was very convenient but its basically one tiny room big enough for one (maybe two max for sleeping only!). The shower is strictly for average to small persons ONLY. The AC was nice but the TV channels is bad (Great if you can understand Italian I guess). Just get in... rest and get out to enjoy the city. Come back and sleep... wake up and get out again. Its a tad like a Bed and breakfast ... but without the breakfast part. The place is very very close to the Central Termini Station so everything is a short ride away! I would stay there again if I am looking for a place to just rest/sleep but nothing more. Oh Yes! There is no real sign outside the building stating that the MOTEL (NOT HOTEL) is actually inside the building. I had to ask and then look around before I saw the sign (inside the building at the far side). The elevator is super tiny (3 persons max) so be ready for that. The reception is on the 5th floor ...No directions for that information neither but once you get there the staff is helpful and the place serves its purpose. ...A rest stop close to everything you'll like to see in Rome for a cheap price.

je conseille jamais cet hôtel à personne, les photos ne correspondes pas au site. pas d'eau chaude des fourmis partout dans la chambre. on dirait un hôtel de passe. même le petit déjeuner 1 couque et croissant qu'on doit aller au bar d en face.

프론트에 있는 여자분이 배려심이 있어서 지내는 동안 매우 기분이 좋았다. 객실은 작지 않으나 여유공간이 조금 부족한 편. 조식은 호텔에서 해결되지 않고 쿠폰을 주면 테르미니역에 있는 빵집에 가서 크라상 한 개, 커피 한 잔을 마실 수 있다. 숙소에서 양 제한없이 먹는 일반적인 조식을 생각하면 안 되지만, 맛은 아주 좋은 편임.

Da considerare solo per la sosta di 1-2 notti
Hotel adatto solo a soste di 1 o 2 notti, al massimo. La camera che ci hanno dato era abbastanza pulita, ma il bagno era fatiscente. La porta rotta, si chiudeva a stento. La cabina della doccia praticamente stava su per miracolo e quando ho fatto la doccia mi è praticamente rimasta in mano un'antina scorrevole. L'acqua calda non funzionava per il bidè, mentre per la doccia e il lavandino impiegava quasi 5 minuti prima di arrivare. Detto questo, bisogna riconoscere che la posizione fosse veramente ottimale, a due passi dalla stazione Termini e dalle 2 linee della metropolitana.

Il palazzo è vecchio e trae in inganno perché in realtà la stanza è pulita e silenziosa. Anche il bagno è pulito. Per la colazione ci si reca al bar che dista due minuti a piedi. Vicinissima a stazione, parcheggio custodito e centro. Ottimo

Hotel würde ich nicht dazu sagen .. unter Hotel versteht sich etwas anderes. Das Zimmer war OK für 2 Nächte . Klima Anlage war wichtig das Bad war Ok . Sehr Zentral gelegen direkt am Bahnhof.Frühstück gab es in der Bar auf der Straße was wir am Ersten Tag nicht gefunden haben und da wir keine Lust hatten wieder zurück zu laufen und 5 Etagen hoch zur Rezeption zu fahren, haben wir woanders gefrühstückt.. für 2 Übernachtungen war es ok das Zimmer würde ich wieder buchen und es war preiswert

Hotel muy antiguo, en un quinto piso, céntrico.
El hotel comparte edificio con otros del mismo estilo y categoría (al menos 3 o 4). La entrada por el ascensor, pues el hotel está en varias plantas, es horrible. Está sucio y se nota que hace años que no ve una capa de pintura. Asusta nada más entrar. La recepción está en la quinta planta. La señora que atiende es correcta y atenta. La habitación es antigua, pero correcta. Está limpia y dispone de ciertas comodidades: TV, aire acondicionado, caja fuerte y minibar. El AACC y el minibar son antiguos y funcionan sólo a medio gas, Lo peor fue el cuarto de baño. La cisterna del WC perdía agua cada vez que tirabas de la cadena a simple vista, con lo que siempre había unos charquitos de agua en el suelo, con el peligro de resbalar. Al avisar, vinieron a mirarlo, pero no lo solucionaron. Al segundo o tercer día, y seguir el problema igual, vino el señor de recepción (creo que era el dueño) y, de malos modos, dudaba de nuestra palabra: que si no veía el agua, que si ahora estaba seco,,, desentendiéndose del tema. Nunca más volvió a preguntar por el problema, que siguió igual, y hacía como si no nos veía cada vez que entrábamos y salíamos. Creo que sabían de sobra el problema que había en el baño, pero no hicieron nada para solucionarlo! Una pena porque este tema nos hizo la estancia incómoda y desagradable. Al marchar, nadie nos dijo nada ni se excusaron. No pienso volver ni recomendarlo a nadie!

Отель находится практически через дорогу от левого крыла вокзала Термини. Удобно и до центра добираться, да и если Вам нужно куда-то отправиться с Термини (Напр., Неаполь, Помпеи), то тоже удобно. Что касается самого отеля и сервиса: Для просто переночевать вполне неплохо, да и цена доступная. Отель находится на 5 этаже жилого дома, ресепшн на 2 отеля. Дом напоминает старые московские, питерские дома, определенный колорит в этом есть, но в целом впечатление обшарпанности и неуютности постоянно не покидает. Несмотря на то, что в номере был санузел с душем, не покидало ощущение неубранности и неопрятности какого-то хостела. Крайне простой интерьер, мебель и т.п. Предоставляется бесплатный завтрак в кафе за углом, в который входит кофе на выбор и круасан на выбор. В общем, если цель - просто переночевать и сэкономить, то вполне нормально. Если хочется прочувствовать римский колорит, то Вам не сюда.

최악. 조식 선택하고 갔는데도 조식 안줌. 결정적으로 영어를 할 줄 아는 직원이 없음
최악최악최악. 분명 조식 선택하고 한국에서 결재하고 갔는데 영어를 못하는 직원이 자기네 호텔엔 조식 서비스가 없다고 우겨서 2박 3일 일정 내내 조식 못챙겨 먹음. 체크아웃 하러 갔다가 다른 직원에게 마지막으로 조식 서비스 없는게 확실하냐고 물으니까 있다고 함.(나는 호텔스닷컴에 따지려고 마지막으로 물어본건데...) 첫날 직원이 영어를 할 줄 몰라서 없다고 한거였음. 그래서 "그때 그 직원의 실수냐"고 물었는데 끝까지 미안하다거나 실수를 인정하지 않고 조식 교환권만 줌. 조식도 호텔 내부에 있는게 아니라 호텔 앞에 있는 카페에서 커피 한잔과 크로와상 한개를 주는게 전부임. 미안하다고만 했어도 이렇게 기분나쁘지 않았을텐데. 절대 인정안함. 결정적으로 이 호텔은 한개의 호텔이 아니라 여러개의 호텔이 함께 운영되는 형태인거 같음. 내가 예약한 호텔이 아니라 옆 동에 있는 호텔로 안내받음. 진짜 최악임. 다시는 로마 가고 싶지 않을 정도로 무례하고 거만함

Foi boa, considerando custo benefício, pois fica próximo da estação, não utilizamos táxi, tem um frigobar no quarto e a pessoa que nos recepcionou era bem gentil e atenciosa. O ponto negativo é internet, não funcionou bem nenhum dia. O café da manhã na lanchonete é simples só um café ou suco com um croissant, mas este é delicioso.

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist erstklassig ! Der Rest leider so gar nicht - wer den Komfort aufs Minium reduziert (das heißt: es reicht einem,dass man ein Bett zum schlafen hat und eine Dusche+ WC ) der wird nicht enttäuscht sein...ich hatte leider andere Erwartungen! Schade! Frühstück gibt es beim Café an der Ecke. Dazu zählt: ein Kipferl und ein Kaffee.

Hotelli on lähellä terminin asemaa. Terravisionin lentokenttäbussi tulee ihan aseman ja hotellin väliselle kadulle. Hotellin kyltti piilotettu sisäpihan puolelle ja vastaanotto on viidennessä kerroksessa. Pienikokoinen hissi. Perhehuoneet sijaitsivat kolmannessa kerroksessa. Siisti huone jääkaapilla ja ilmastoinnin. Lapsille omat sängyt. Toimiva huone, aamupala tarjoiltiin läheisessä baarissa. Kahvi/mehu ja makea pulla... Terminin asemalta löytyy kauppoja ruokakaupoista, merkkiliikkeisiin. Hyvät liikenneyhteydet, voisin yöpyä toistekin.Liikuimme metrolla Vatikaanin ja Coloseumille. Kävimme myös junalla rannalla Lidossa. Samalla 1.50 metrolipulla pääsi siis rannalle.

Zentral gelegen direkt am Bahnhof
Alles gut, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstück bekommt man nicht direkt im Hotel, sondern in einer Café Bar um die Ecke, was aber nicht stört, Personal dort ist nett und man kann die Römer beobachten. Hotel ist im 3. Stock, aber es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Zimmer zum Hof ist sehr ruhig und auch sonst ist aus den Nachbarzimmern keine Geräuschbelästigung zu hören.

Beliggenheden lige ved termini er rigtig fint
Expedia skrev at der var Continental breakfast , men det var ikke tilfældet ,man fik udleveret en billet til en bar med en kop kaffe ( af meget ringe kvalitet ) og et stykke sødt brød , altså typisk italiensk morgenmad, fint nok hvis det var hvad man ventede. Værelset var så lille at 2 personer ikke kunne gå forbi hinanden mellem sengene og skrivebordet. Badeværelset var også meget lille, man kunne ikke tørre sig uden at slå armene mod væggene, og man kunne ikke rejse sig fra toilettet og trække bukser op, det måtte man gøre i den åbne dør. Men der var rene håndklæder og rent sengetøj hver dag, så alt var ikke kun dårligt, men det er ikke et sted vi nogensinde vender tilbage til. Vi har boet mange steder i Rom og det er så absolut det mindste værelse vi har set.

abbiamo soggiornato in quest'hotel a due passi dalla stazione termini e vicinissimo al policlinico Umberto I dove dovevo fare una visita medica. Comodo, pulito e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Unica nota negativa il chiasso dei ragazzi vicini di stanza al mattino presto nella hall. Cmq lo consiglio a tutti
