This comfortable 40 sq.mt one bedroom apartment is located on the seventh floor of a modern building with a lift. It has a living room with sofa bed and dining area, a small kitchenette, a bathroom, a bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe, a balcony overlooking the silent.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything needed to enjoy pleasant breakfasts and full lunches - stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, dishes, cutlery, cups, chalices.
Bathroom with tub and bidet.
Large balcony with table and chairs for relaxing outdoors
Other comforts available to guests: WiFi, air conditioning (1 split), independent heating with the boiler, TV, washing machine, clothesline, clothes hanger, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Paid parking (garage) - 5 euros per day

The whole house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Other things to highlight
At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.

Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night will be required, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.

Please note that check-ins must be agreed directly with the structure and require a supplement as follows: - 21.00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24:00 - 01.00: € 40.00. Check-in is not possible after 01.00
