Don’t expect much for this property. It’s basically one room with a bathroom , one small walkway , no real lobby but a desk. All I needed is a bed and while still expensive, in Italy it was a good price. Excellent location beside the train station and buses so you can get around very easily in the city. Would stay again.

Property was centrally locater- you could walk to it within 7 minutes from the train station. The hop in hop off bus was located about 4 minutes away and there were plenty of places to eat. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. They had a nice upstairs rooftop area which you could use to relax in at the end of the day. The only drawback was we were not made aware of any of this until the next day as the office was closed when we arrived about 4.30pm. Their communication in that area could be improved but all in all a cheap convenient and comfortable stay.

Great budget stay in Rome

We were met by a very friendly receptionist when we arrived. He let us into our room early free of charge and explained to us everything we needed to know about Rome as first time visitors. The room was clean and comfortable. The walls are a little bit thin, so if you are a light sleeper, earplugs might be a good idea (worked for me :) ). The elevator is a bit antiquated. If someone forgets to close the door properly when they get of, it will be stuck on whatever floor it’s on until the door is closed. A situation which led to us having to use the stairs on some occasions. No problem for us, but something to be aware of if you for some reason have difficulty walking to the fifth floor. All in all we were very happy with our stay. The hotel was perfectly located near the train station, only a few minutes walk. We were also easily able to walk around the old town and see all the sights which were all a very short distance away.

This hotel was originally apartment building so the lay-out is what it is and one can see it immediately, narrow corridors and super small rooms. Everything was really clean and all in good working condition. Balcony was nice extra feature.It's kind of low end hotel but like said all was clean and good condition and friendly personnel. But the rooms are really small and shower size is a joke. Me being normal size person I had difficulties to get in and take a proper shower. Someone a larger person could not fit in.

We stayed in the superior room with the balcony for 5 nights. The staff at the hotel was kind and spoke English very well. The location of the hotel is good since it’s close to the Roma Termini station where one can easily take the subway or train. As for the room, we didn’t find it pleasing. The bed sheets were stained and occasionally had someone else’s hair in them. The ”towels” were not changed every day. The soundproofing of the room was terrible: our room was next to the reception where we could hear everything. In addition, the balcony was very modest and the view was uninspiring. The breakfast was served at a café nearby. I think the staff there could have been more friendly and welcoming towards us. The breakfast included one hot or cold drink and a pastry. Overall, we would not stay in this hotel again.

The hotelroom was dirty. Lots of long black hairs everywhere including in the bed. Under the bed there were plastic bags, bottles, dust, napkins etc. Not cleaned in ages? There was a homeless person in the stairways at night that you had to step over to get to the floor of the hotel. Worst part though was that the hotel room was freezing cold. To save money they do not turn on the heating. Avoid if you can!

Tiene aspectos a mejorar, y tiene aspectos muy positivos. A mejorar: más allá que sea un hotel de 1 estrella, las habitaciones deben estar mejor cuidadas, y aseadas, aunque tienen lo necesario. El primer día me falló el agua caliente, pero se solucionó. El personal de limpieza hace mucho ruido. Positivo: Cristiano es muy atento, amable, y servicial. Las camas son cómodas.

Não sou exigente com hoteis, mas fiquei muito decepcionada, com o que vivenciei; - não há aquecimento adequado, desligam o aquecimento durante o dia; - Não existe toalhas de banho!! Fornecem um pano que não seca o corpo, parece pano de toalha de mesa; - Não há frigobar no quarto, bem como não há água, ou qualquer outro conforto disponível, sequer máquina de cáfe e/ou água no prédio, uma decepção...... - Colocava a água que comprava no mercado no lado de fora da janela para manter fresca; - Sistema de limpeza do quarto somente as 6ª feiras; -

建物自体はとても古そうですが、お部屋やホテル自体は綺麗ですし、スタッフの方がとても良い方でした。ローマ市内の観光スポットや行き方について地図を使って丁寧に説明してくださったり、24時間対応のWhatsAppも使えました。レスポンスも迅速でした。ドライヤーの圧力がとても弱かったです。
