Conveniently located within 5 minutes walk from Roma Termini but if you like walking all attractions are within walking distance. Hotel staff very friendly and rooms sufficient and clean. Lovely buffet breakfast available to set you up for the day and reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend.

Since the first day our room smelled horrible, like vomit. We were very tired so we went to sleep. The next morning we noticed that there were 3 spots on the wall adjacent to the bathroom. By the late afternoon when we got back it was stronger. I have a feeling that was mold.

Great Value with an excellent location
The location of Hotel Milani is excellent for anyone using the metro. Our rooms accommodated my family of six and gave everyone what they needed for a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was a great and an unexpected surprise.
