The staff at the front desk, in particular, two ladies, were very very helpful when we needed assistance. The room was a good size and very clean. The property is a quick walk to the Coliseum and there were many dining options close by.

We spent 3 nights at Hotel San Giovanni Roma and truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a peaceful neighborhood but still offers easy access to the center of Rome via public transportation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. One of the highlights was the wonderful breakfast each morning—fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. The staff were warm and helpful, always ready with a smile and great local advice. A relaxing and convenient base for exploring the Eternal City. Highly recommended!

The area was quiet but a close walk to the colosseum which was nice. Only wish that there were more amenities in the rooms i.e. a kettle, ironing board, closed clothing area, suitcase rack. It was quite a small room so be wary for those with 2 or more luggage! Otherwise the staff were lovely and we would happily stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel welcome from the start. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. The área where the property is located is not that good. The hotel has 4 stars but in reality is a 3 star hotel. The rooms are very basic, although clean. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast is included and is good, limited but good.

This is a well kept secret. Great everything in a wonderful neighborhood setting. Walking easily to all that Roma has to offer from the coliseum to the everything else. Front desk personnel, especially Caleb, just terrific. We loved it . well be back!

really like this hotel for.the price, and the staff and location are great. I do tend to forget how uncomfortable the beds are until I'm there though, and I wish they had a rate that didn't include breakfast as I never eat breakfast
