The room was clean and comfortable. The water pressure was good which is sometimes a problem for me so I was happy with that. Our room was cleaned every day we wanted it to be. There was a safe in the room which was handy. It was close to the train terminal and many restaurants in the area. Thanks to Ludovico for recommending a great pizza restaurant to us. We enjoyed our stay there.

Clean, comfortable and nice amenities
The room was very clean and well set up with a comfortable bed, a desk & chair for working, lots of places to store clothing, items, and luggage, and a nice bathroom. The wifi was great, too. I appreciated the tea kettle in the room (with mugs & spoons!) and the complementary water. The room was pretty quiet, even for Trastevere. Overall, it was comfortable and in a good location to wander around or take the tram or bus to another area. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would book again.

Definitely a fair price for what it is. Staff is friendly and it is near a bus station so plan 20-30 minutes to get into the city center. Only problem we had was the room cleaning wasn’t thorough. We had to request the bed be made which is pretty standard practice and even then the sheets weren’t changed, there weren’t new towels, and one day she just didn’t even show up. Don’t expect the Ritz but if you’re traveling on a budget it’s definitely fair.

Très belle expérience ! Ludovico est un hôte très agréable et conciliant, le logement était particulièrement bien situé et accessible même le soir. Le quartier est très calme mais il y a assez de commerces pour ne manquer de rien. Gros coup de cœur pour la pâtisserie située juste en bas ! Je n’hésiterai pas à louer ce logement lors d’un prochain séjour. Les seuls points d’amélioration serait que les terrasses soient mieux séparées les unes de autres et que la lumière ne reste pas allumée toute la nuit dans les parties communes.

Wir bedanken uns herzlich an die Unterkunft, es hat uns sehr gefallen es war alles super. Die Einrichtung das Frühstück war auch super lecker. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Wenn wir nochmals nach Rom kommen, dann werden wir nochmals bei euch buchen. :-)

De accommodatie was erg schoon en prettig gelegen op 2 minuten loopafstand van het treinstation Trastevere. Wij hadden een kamer aan de achterzijde, hier was het heel rustig en prettig om te verblijven. Personeel en eigennaar waren erg vriendelijk. Elke ochtend een simpel maar lekker ontbijt. Met op de kamer de mogelijkheid om zelft thee en koffie te maken. Bij het uitchecken konde wij de koffers laten staan zodat wij van onze laatste dag in rome konde genieten. Het personeel is ook heel flexibel. Ontbijt kan zo laat als de gast wil en mag per dag verschoven worden. Ook konde de koffers elk moment van de dag weer opgehaald worden (de eigenaar moest hier voor wel naar het appartement komen). Eerder inchecken was ook geen probleem en koste niks extra's. De ligging van het appartement is net buiten het drukken centrum. Maar met 5 minuten fietsen ben je midden in de wijk trastevere waar je elke avond een nieuw restaurant kan uitproberen. De bus stopt voor de deur van de b&b maar met de fiets is een stuk makkelijker en flexibeler. Makkelijk en snel contact via wathsapp. Enige aandachtspunt dat wij hadden was dat de waterdruk van de douche wat zacht is. Maar kortom een erg fijne en positive ervaring.

A wonderful guesthouse in one of Rome's most characteristic neighborhoods! The room was bright, open, and new, and the location is fantastic. Very easy to reach the center with public transportation. You can also check in online, which is super useful. Would definitely stay here again - highly recommended!
