Everything we needed for a family stay. Apartment was super clean and was very well maintained. Walking distance from the train station (10-15 mins) and around 20-25 mins walk to the main restaurant district of Trastevere. We even walked to the Vatican and Rome centre in about 45 mins but busses are plentiful. Fabulous street market outside the apartment on Sundays. Would definitely recommend.

this property is 50 mins walk from the centre if you're looking for staying in centre don't book this. overall the property wasn't in a bad shape but the washroom had a broken shower, leaking flush, the coffee machine was also leaking. over all not bad but they need fix these things in numa verso. the booking confirmation also comes right through but nobody responds with checkin details. you have to connect multiple times via hotels .com to get the help and instructions for check in

This was the perfect place for a long stay. We liked the brightness and the balconies. Also super good was the washer and dryer in the unit. Plenty of dishes for when we ate in and coffee with creamer in the morning was great. Super easy check-in and check-out and very centrally located for all things Rome! The only bad thing was the neighborhood was very noisy.

We loved ou stay at Numa. We spent 4 nights for family vacation this summer. The location is great. Walkable to reach all the attractions. There many groceries and great restaurants around. The staffs are very nice and helpful. Each time I texted them for any question, I got a response within seconds. I will always search for Numa appartement for my next trips.

Perfect location, beautiful apartment, great amenities. I was afraid to use the stove based on previous reviews where alarms were going off at night - there was a large sign on the stove warning against setting off the fire alarm - that it would result in a fine. Still, the kitchen is perfect for simple meal prep and grocery store downstairs is fully stocked.

We stayed four nights.Very clean and modern apartment. A/C works well.The area is safe with a very good transport to everything. The wifi doesn't work at all, but for as that wasn't a problem. And Yes , I recommend Numa.

We loved this property. Clean, spacious rooms, great communication. The only frustration was that the WiFI didn’t work. But the property let us know ahead of time and gave us some extra treats in the room. Loved it!

We really liked the property. It was clean and confortable. We could walk to many locations (walk to Pantheon was about 25 min), and public transportation was conveniently located. We took away 1 star because wi-fi was not working at all during our stay, which meant we had to use international data plan, which is pricey.

Good property and nice apartment. Conveniently located. The building has some units rented by numa and other owned by local residents. The fire alarm has issues. In our 3 night stay 2 nights were ruined by fake fire alarms. On day 3 we were out on the street for more than 2 hours as the alarm went offf 4 times and security didn’t arrive for an hour!! Very disappointed ting experience for the money I paid.

Very nice apartment!
Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa.

Terrible stay. Wasn’t informed about the self check in and left stuck outside at night spending 20 mins checking in myself. Then Wi-Fi was off for entire trip with elevator out of service the first night and had to carry family’s luggage up two flights of stairs. Add to this there’s nobody on site tp talk to or to address any issues. Absolute nightmare. Avoid if you want peace of mind.

The apartment was excellent. Local supermarket which stocked everything that you would need for your stay. Sunday market which was fantastic. The kitchen was well equipped. There where no instructions for the microwave or washer/ dryer. Which had we had internet would not of been an issue. There was no internet for the time that we stayed. Which was very frustrating ! The complimentary nibbles and drinks which were provided by way of an apology for no internet was a kind gesture. It was a short bus ride into the main area. Again local information of how to use the services locally would help. If you look past the refuse bins which are sited outside the apartment block and ignore the smell of the rubbish left on the road it’s a base for a holiday stay.
