The staff were fantastic for customer service, however didn't receive Expedia VIP rewards. Room was decent for the price, but not as close to Prati amenities or any other tourist attractions. Room was as described, but being an older building close to Tiber River, there was a musty smell to the room. Windows open to help with that, and was a must. Overall I'd say good stay.

The staff was nice, and the room was as advertised, but I wasn’t shown where the laundry was or the blankets were, and there was no river view as advertised. The staff and location were pretty great though!

I feel very safe, it's a short walk towards the Metro train station, Staff are very helpful specially George, Very clean rooms, I highly recommend this when you are in Rome. I am very satisfied with their services.

Very close to the Metro, and right next door to a supermarket which was very helpful for the hot summer days. Walking distance from all major landmarks as well. Rooms were clean and comfortable, great for the price!
