We had an amazing stay here for a surprise trip for my partners birthday. Nothing was too much trouble and Larissa was great at communicating with us. We would not hesitate to book here again!

A fabulously positioned, small group of rooms. Right near the top of Spanish Steps with plenty of food options nearby. Room was a decent size with modern touches like nespresso machine and rain shower. Staff were communicative and friendly. A wonderful stay.

Well maintained boutique property just a two minute walk to the Spanish Steps. Our concierge was simply amazing, providing recommendations for anything we asked and arranging transportation for us. Complementary Prosecco, sparkling water and olive oil in our room was a bonus. We would highly recommend and love to return!!

Qt Suites is the best option in ROME to stay. The staff and service was 5 stars. The room was very comfortable, clean and near to Spanish steps, metro, shopping and restaurants. Thank you for everything !!

Super helpful staff during a taxi surprise strike. They helped us make dinner reservations and have us many suggestions. The location was very close to the Spanish Steps. The bed was very comfortable and the AC felt great on which a hot day.

The suites manager Larissa was amazing! she sent us a list of great restaurants to visit and provided various tips for local attractions and commute. The hotel is right next to the Spanish steps, and a 10 minute walk to most attractions. The room itself was very comfortable, and very clean. We are glad we stayed here during our visit to Rome, and would go there again if we were to visit.

Incredible stay at a well run well organized accommodation. Everything about the room and the service was excellent from cleanliness to assistance all overseen by the Manager Diego who guided me through the stay. I would have preferred to keep this place as a special secret but Diego and QT deserve significant accolades. Thank you so much for this encounter so close the Spanish Steps and all of the excitement.

Out of all of our hotel stays, this one was the most stressful in terms of paperwork, instructions on how to access the rooms, pre-authorizations via credit card charges, etc. We wouldn’t stay here the next time we’re in Rome.

I cannot recommend QT Suites enough. Diego was fantastic, communicated very well and made the check-in process very easy. He also gave great advice about getting around. The suites are located 500m from the Spanish Steps and the metro station there, and are easy to find.

Larissa was incredibly helpful and responsive! She gave us a list of places to eat and was very attentive to our needs! The place could use a little maintenance- the caulking around the shower needs to be replaced, it’s moldy and the kettle and coffee maker need to be descaled but those are minor things. They had umbrellas for us when it started pouring rain and they even held our luggage for us for a few extra hours after we checked out.

We felt like we were in our favorite area of Rome. They gave us special instructions to enter the building a few days before. It involes a few steps to enter the building (way less complicated than how it may seem), and thats ok because we felt safe. Our less expensive room was fantastic. Bathroom spacious, lol had a see through shower if you wanted the shades up. Window opened up, which was fun to see the walkers below in the side streat. No complaints. Larisa gave us a list of restraunts. The ones we tried were delicious.

The location was good, at the top of the Spanish steps. However the shower was only dribbling water, we hoped we would see someone at the desk but didn’t. We had long busy days in Rome sightseeing and came back to wash in the sink. On the third day we received a message that the plumbing was being fixed on our fourth day so they knew there was an issue and allowed us to stay in that apartment, did not switch us to another or offer us a discount/refund. It was fixed for our last and final day. It was so unfair that they knew and didn’t provide us with any explanation or offer discount. We paid for a fully operational room.

Great location!! Manager of the property was very nice and accommodating. About a 3 minute walk to the Metro Subway that can bring you everywhere or 10 min walk to main attractions.

L'emplacement est très bien car à un ou deux km des points d'intérêts. Le seul problème pour nous a été l'arrivée. Le dimanche il n'y a personne et nous avons eu de la difficulté de communication. Pas de réponse au téléphone dû au dimanche et on ne recevait pas les email. nous avons finalement réussi. Il faudrait amélioré ce point. Pour le reste tout c'est bien déroulé.
