Hervorragendes Hotel in bester Lage mit allem was man braucht. Metro Station direkt vor der Tür. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Dachterrasse mit dem Whirrpool. Einfach nur klasse

Great Hotel & Location ...

I did appreciate the costumer service. Nevertheless, I was the ‘only’ guess in the entire Hotel, I was treated extremely well... The bar ‘Breakfast’ was closed as expected but they gave me a ‘coupon’ to use at the local Bar across the street. Great people ! I enjoyed my stay - 5 Stars ⭐️ indeed

We kozen dit hotel dicht bij het Colloseum. Prima ligging en met sauna! Deze laatste viel tegen want te weinig faciliteiten..en onprofessionele service. De sauna kon maar tot 19 u wat een tegenvaller was...Kamer was echt in orde net en groot genoeg met perfecte douche!

The location is excellent Cavour metro is at the bottom of the entrance steps and the 117 battery tourist bus stops outside. Breakfast is good, and the gym / pool spa facilities are good. The rooms and some of the furniture (especially the bathrooms) could do with a visit by a handyperson with a set of allen keys. a little tlc would make this a full smiley face review.

Hotel bem confortável e limpo, quarto muito bom, bom chuveiro porém box bem pequeno, e a cama é confortável. Atendentes solícitos e dispostos a ajudar com as informações de turismo, etc. hotel tem parceria de transfer para o aeroporto. Bom café da manhã. Da para ficar numa boa.

Amazing stay

Hotel was very clean, the room was very spacious. Front desk staff was very helpful. I will definently recommend this hotel if you are staying in Rome. It is little bit of far from central Rome. But it is worth to stay here because of the price and quality of room you get.

The hotel was situated near the subway allowing us access to many areas we wanted to go in a fast and inexpensive way. The breakfast was great and evening drinks were quaint. The room was spacious and modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good location, but some disappointing quirks

PROS: It's a great location- right over a metro, walking distance to Colleseum as well as to the Central Station (Termini) which is near the Roman National Museum. Staff were very friendly. CONS: It's on a busy street so a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper (I was on the 4th floor- needed earplugs). That's not their fault- but there IS some noise they can control: For some reason they pipe in loud music in the hallways until late- right outside the bedrooms. Kind of odd. Finally, any time you get out of bed a night, a light turns on UNDER the bed, that you cannot turn off... it turns itself off after like 3 mins, which I figured out after calling reception. Very annoying. I stuffed pillows under my bed to keep the light out. I don't think hotels need to upgrade EVERYTHING for the latest technology... what is wrong with light switches? I don't think I would stay here again due to the hallway music and under-bed lights. Small annoyances that don't need to happen.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very nice but hot. Cannot self regulate temperature, we called front desk twice to have them change thermostat they did not. We slept with window open but it was very nosy due to location so we didn’t sleep well. Shower drain also clogged so water filled fast - quick showers for us. Brunch was amazing and our transport to airport was early which was great. Rooftop deck had amazing views. Thank you.
