Nice place to stay!

It was excellent stay and Cenzia was very nice..helped and explain to us how to go around the area.The place is walking distance to Sistine Chapel,St Peters Basilica,Vatican area.By metro for the Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps.The only thing that I can suggest tho for the place is to inform the upcoming visitors(tourists)that it's located in one of the condos and we need to buzz to the right side Valle Aurelia so we can get it in and somebody knows we were outside already.We were just dropped by the driver at the corner and walked a little bit cos he doesn't know the place either.Being a tourist and new to the place is understandable we were worried for a little bit.But all in all a must stay place you got everything you need metro across the area and new mall and grocery!Thank you again Cenzia!

Proximity to the Metro Station is great. Clean and comfortable rooms are perfect for a good night rest after a whole day of touring Rome. Cinza is such a great host!

È già la seconda volta che vengo a Valle Aurelia house, il che significa che mi sono trovata bene. Comodissimo per la metro (strada di fronte all'uscita della fermata Valle Aurelia). Ottima accoglienza. Belle camere, pulite, nuove. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Generalmente soddisfatto

La stanza è molto nuova e pulita, ottimo il bagno, da segnalare che manca il bidet ma c'è la doccetta, comunque c'è una doccia molto ampia. Il letto è comodissimo.L'appartamento si trova al piano terreno. La signora alla reception è molto gentile e garbata. Importante da segnalare è il fatto che per il check in bisogna accordarsi telefonicamente e se si arriva dopo le 20 c'è un sovrapprezzo di 25 euro. Dopo le 22 non si entra più. Queste informazioni ci sono nella prenotazione in fondo a tutto nella sezione "Dettagli su Valle Aurelia House" - "extra facoltativi", come anche il parcheggio a 10 euro. La colazione è semplicemente una merendina con uno scaldavivande con a disposizione una bottiglietta d'acqua con caffè liofilizzato e tè vari, va anche detto che a soli 100 metri c'è un bar (con soli 2 euro prendi cappuccino e cornetto). Ottima la posizione, basta attraversare la grossa via Angelo Emo e ci si trova alla fermata della metro valle aurelia. Il segnale Wifi non era il massimo.

It is a great place to stay with low budget. The condition is excellent but relative small. It is so close to metro and train station. With the sofa bed, it is possible to fit a family of three. The graffiti in the neighborhood makes area look shabby. But it is very close to a nice shopping mall within less than 5 min walk. Super convent!! The manager is very nice and friendly.

Ottimo a pochi passi dalla metro .

Ottimo. Vicinissimo alla metro e al treno da e per Fiuminico. A pochi passi da centro commerciale dove poter mangiare se si decide di non stare sino a tardi in giro per Roma.
