Never disappoints
This is a regular hotel I use when visiting Rome. They never disappoint. Friendly staff and good location on the outskirts of the city with excellent transport links. Would recommend.

wonderful hotel in Rome
very nice hotel with incredibly friendly staff - definitely a place to stay in Roma. When we left early in the morning - the breakfast was not open yet but I got a delicious capuccino, bread and cheese ... yummy and so kind. the room and the bathroom are just perfect.. very good bed and a lovely bathroom with everything you need... hope to be back soon

Can't recommend this place.
With one exception of one person a man in glasses , the receptionists were unpleasant people especially the woman. The rooms are poorly isolated against noise from neighboring rooms and from the restaurant. The shower is designed as impossible to be used if you don't want to get wet hair. Definitely too expensive with relation to the conditions. The check out is at 10 am ! I was sick after the dinner at the hotels restaurant. We went to another , really nice and safe restaurant for dinners the other days.

A small room with NO window. I can write a hole essay about all the things the hotel manager can change to enhance the guests experience. Many things were wromg. Towel hanging right abobe toilet which is the most inappropriate and unclean area. Room does not have a window. How is that even acceptable. Faucita spray water everywhere except on your hand and the list can go in forever.

Alexandra did a wonderful job in accommodating all of our requests,from looking after shuttle transportation to and from the hotel to looking after and arranging our baggage taken up to our room and then back down again. She is a very efficient and pleasant person. All of the other hotel staff were equally accommodating. The food in the breakfast cafe was wonderful..probably the best breakfast we have encountered in a hotel stay. As well the meals in the main restaurant were very good.
