Our room #7 was charming with a wonderful balcony with a view of the lake. Hotel staff was helpful and the breakfast was a nice amenity and very good. The shower was amazing after a long day of train travel carrying our backpack luggage. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Steps away from the ferry.

Decent area, safe but away from tourist areas, would have like a modern room since the hair dryer was straight from the 90s and had 0 settings. Also would have loved USB ports and wall sockets next or the beds.

I wish I could give the front desk staff more than 5 stars. They were extremely helpful in arranging transportation, restaurant recommendations/reservations. The hotel is on a quiet one way street that gets hardly any vehicle traffic. But that doesn't mean its off the beaten track. It is easy walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants as well as the Domo. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The bedrooms are decorated with antiques and the bathrooms are all modern. The hotel has a rooftop terrace which provides a nice getaway after a long day of shopping and sightseeing. They are partnered with a restaurant that is accessible via the lobby. They offer breakfast every morning for hotel guests. We had dinner our first night and the meal was fantastic. When we return to Milan, we will definately stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our room was great. Had plenty of space and very clean.
