Perfect central location next to Duomo. Staff was very helpful and recommended and reserved dinner for us at a great restaurant away from the center of action. Cute lively street with lights, shopping and restaurants. They upgraded us to a very large room with separate sitting area and helped arrange transportation for us during a public transportation strike. Only stayed one night then moved on so would highly suggest if you want to hit the highlights.

"It had an outstanding spa and a lovely outside pool and gardens but the common parts were well worn and it reflected 1980 decor.
