"The hotel was nice and comfortable. It was smaller then expected but we made it work. The host julia is incredible. She provided us with items to cook breakfast everyday and was easy to get in touch with if needed. There was hot water and the toilets worked! "Traveling with a family of 7 we weren’t sure what to expect with this rental, but it turned out to be our favorite place to stay in Cusco! The property consists of a number of individual rooms surrounding an enclosed courtyard. We had 2 rooms, and each room consisted of three beds and a bathroom (all private of course with locked doors). There is no kitchen, but we didn’t need one. "This is a family run business and they truly care about the comfort of their guests. To start, we had some delays in our arrival to Cusco and Milagros was very gracious and patient in arranging our transportation to the apartment. Breakfast was great and plentiful with eggs, bread, coffee and fresh fruit. We used the apples and bananas as snacks for the day 😊 Miligros gave us excellent suggestions for sites to visit and where to shop. She even accommodated our request for late check-out....

"This property's listing is pretty true to what is rented. Full access to the kitchen and the garden. We had a few issues, but once we let the property manager Dafne know, it was fixed right away. She was very responsive to our needs. This is close enough to Plaza de Armas to walk, but off a quiet street near cafes and markets.Highly recommended and will stay here again.needs"

Amazing hotel

"We first got into the Novotel very early in the morning. We were received by this huge patio and colorful seating areas. Our first room had a window that faced the street so we couldn’t open it and our drain didn’t work properly. We informed the management about this and we had already booked another stay in this hotel after our Inca trail hike. We were approached by the manager who apologized and promised a better room and even offered us free breakfast. The breakfast was one of the best we had ever had. Service is impeccable. On our return, we got amazing rooms in the 5th floor with a balcony. The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. The staff at the door and luggage were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel also has direct access to a spa for massages. I already miss staying at this hotel as it really felt like home. I would definitely recommend this hotel in Cusco"

"First of all, I’ve stayed at various hotels throughout the world. This hotel had the BEST hospitality! The staff was amazing! I have never stayed at a hotel where they greeted us by name every day! They genuinely asked how our day was and they were the nicest. Nicolas in particular was fantastic! We loved seeing and greeting him daily. He gave us fantastic pointers and recommendations! Ramiro at the front desk was also super helpful and so nice! Elliot the bartender made us delicious drinks and Miriam was our housekeeper that did our turndown service and gave us a hand written note. Thank you to everyone that helped make this an unforgettable 40th birthday trip! I hope to come back to Cusco soon. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel!"
