"Lamira Serviced apartments was wonderful it was like a suite with a kitchenette. The only recomendation is to add a microwave. There is a lovely balcony with a view of a river. A train stop, convenience store and coffee shops were within walking distance. I was in conract for towels and the check out via email. I highly recommend and would like to esppecially mention Vanessa's warm welcome!"

"This is a small apartment. The bed was a double bed but with a twin size comforter. Kitchen equipment is locked away and can be used for 20CHF. Hair dryer was also 20 CHF. There is a bus stop right outside the building, getting around was easy. It is a 15 min walk from the Stadium which is why I chose it but I wouldn't chose it again. "

"Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."

"The address listed is not the address you'll be staying in. It's a big company that has a bunch of properties under vision apartments. That being said, I was not contacted in advance to send my passport information before arrival. There is no "front desk" service, but it does state that you have to send your information beforehand. "Great location, the monti circus sets up right outside if you’re a fan check that out. Only a 5 min walk to the train station and about 10-15 to city center. Only issue we had was contacting the hotel directly but expedia was able to assist us. Make sure you use holafly.com for esim for wifi or find a wifi spot if you have issues because this hotel uses a code for you to get in. No front desk. "We really enjoyed our two night stay here. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is so convenient to everything to see in the old town. We could walk to everything and could pay to park the car in a space at the front of the hotel during our stay. This was a much cheaper option to the nearby parking stations. They also had a service to have clothes washed and returned same day at a nearby laundry which was very helpful for us. Would definitely stay again if I visit Lucerne again"

"This hotel is located just across the river from the train station. The adjacent area is Zürich’s main dining district and is not seedy at all as areas tend to be around train stations. There is shopping nearby on both sides of the river. We were more than happy with our room. In terms of safety, cleanliness and convenience, this hotel is hard to beat."
