"The property is located on a small street and there is almost no view of anything except the building across the street and there are way too many levels to negotiate. I was OK, but older people will find this inconvenient. The rooms are of a good size, very clean, with veranda. Not really kid safe because of open electrical outlets that kids can get into. Plenty of free parking. "

"We loved our stay in Trenta, the chalet is spacious and in a stunning location. It’s lovely and peaceful and really special to hear the Soca river so close. I’m not sure if anything has been changed in the bedrooms since previous reviews, but we found them comfy. The kitchen is very basic and overall (as mentioned by others) the chalet is overpriced for what you get, but it’s still a beautiful stay."

"Overall of course perfectly located on Ossiacher See if that is where you are aiming to be. Very quit and amazing views from the terrace. The appartment however has not been upgraded since the early 80s (except the shower) and things like amenities are a mix of left-overs/spare accesories. It works but basically its done in a way to maximize rental income with minimum investment. More importantly the appartment is very damp which is largely because they probably save on cost during the winter...

Perhaps a check box somewere on web ? 2nd - most info related to this property is about the main interrest - the diving. None about the winter season. "We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. "Wonderful hotel with great amenities, including access to the swimming pool and a complimentary buffet breakfast. It's in a lovely location, right on the banks of Lake Bled. We opted for a "Park View" rather than a "Lake View", which meant our balcony was overlooking the car park and the road, so was a little noisy during the day. Next time we would pay the extra for a lake view. Despite that, we loved our stay and would absolutely return to this hotel. "

"Continuing from where I was before… The other aspects we found frustrating were that the room was so hot! The first evening there it was roasting, found it hard to sleep! But again the staff were great and even though the air conditioning couldn’t be turned on, they made the effort to supply a portable air con machine which took the heat off a bit which ultimately meant our baby could then sleep peacefully! In summary, hotel was okay, I’d be open to staying somewhere else if based upon hotel, but wouldn’t as the staff deserve all the praise and would ultimately be the reason as to why I would stay again and recommend to other people visiting! "

"The hotel was a little walk from downtown, but I felt comfortable walking through the neighborhoods at night. It was very easy to walk from the train station to the hotel and then from the hotel to downtown Villach. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful; the manager was positively the best. She gave me great recommendations and was very quick in responding to my emails. My only regret is that I didn't get a chance to meet her to thank her in person. "
