This is a large apartment renovated 55m2, air conditioned with private terrace, beautiful pool and residential terrace overlooking the beautiful bay of Canyelles with crystal clear waters and blue boreal.

This residence owners (10 houses) is closed and offers an ideal and secure to find the calm that contrasts with the activity of downtown Roses.

Oriented to the East, it allows to enjoy a nice terrace to enjoy the sunrise or spend time with family or friends in the evening.

The apartment enjoys a privileged location located at 1000m from the sea, shops and restaurants and 400m from the natural park where you can discover the ruins of the Visigoth castle overlooking Rosas. It's beautiful by day and amazing by night.

Inside, it is equipped with a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry room and sleeps 6 people.

The master bedroom is furnished with a 140x190 bed and a dressing room. The secondary bedroom is equipped with two 140x90 beds and has a small closet.

Très agréable séjour
Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette location qui est très agréable et bien équipée. Très belle vue et quartier calme. Très bons contacts avec Catherine et Stéphane qui ont été de très bons conseils. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir !!

Très content de notre séjour, gentillesse simplicité et un bon coup de main pour notre première fois à Rosas de la part des propriétaires. Résidence bien située très calme et appartement très propre. Toute la famille valide.

Excellent séjour sur la Costa Brava
Location très agréable avec piscine et climatisation bienvenue pour la période du 28/07 au 04/08/2018. Cadre très agréable et région à découvrir absolument. Un grand merci au propriétaire pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité.
