Un accueil chaleureux de Sonia et Vincent, des hôtes charmants toujours prêts à répondre à vos demandes. Une vue magnifique et un appartement très agréable où nous nous sommes sentis à l’aise très vite ! Sehr schöne Wohnung auf zwei Etagen. Allerding sind vom Parkplatz einige Treppen zu überwinden. Balkon mit tollem Blick aufs Meer.

Das Haus an sich ist in einem guten Zustand. „Villa“ ist allerdings etwas übertrieben. :-) Leider ist der einzige Aufgang über eine Treppe doch sehr anstrengend, vor allem mit Baby und Gepäck. ;-) Generell ist die Lage für eine wunderschöne Aussicht und Ruhe sehr gut! Aufgrund des sehr steilen und kurivigen Weges muss man alles mit dem Auto machen. (Zum Strand zwei Minuten mit dem Auto) Der Pool ist zwar kleiner, aber völlig in Ordnung. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war schnell und sehr nett!

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub
Wir waren im August 14 Tage zu Gast im schönen Roses. Die Villa ist wie beschrieben und hat einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lies für uns keine Wünsche offen. Besonders die Waschmaschine war ein Segen, da durch die Strandbesuche natürlich viel Wäsche anfällt. Damit man nicht mit dem ganzen Hausstand anreisen muss, kann man gegen einen kleinen Aufschlag Handtuch-Pakete und Bettwäsche dazu buchen. Hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind, war der eigens zur Villa gehörende Stellplatz sehr angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet - wir kommen hier gerne wieder her! Für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung ist die Anlage nicht zu empfehlen, da es einige Treppen zur Villa zu erklimmen gibt. Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar, jedoch sind die ehemals angelegten Treppenabgänge mittlerweile beinahe alle privatisiert und gesperrt, so dass man an der Straße entlang läuft. Der kleine zur Anlage gehörende Pool ist sauber und wird gerne genutzt. Er ist in einem abgeschlossenen Bereich unterhalb der Parkplätze und kann ausschließlich von Gästen der Anlage genutzt werden. Wir waren begeistert und haben uns sehr gut erholt - Daumen hoch :-)
