"Outstanding room, immaculately clean. Had everything and more we needed and the location could not have been better. The bed was extremely comfy and generously sized. I really enjoyed the shower and bathroom too. Exceeded expectations and remarkable value for money. It is not the fault of the apartment but I would say it might be worth recommending guests bring earplugs as the air conditioning units in surrounding businesses are very loud. It did keep me from sleeping."

We missed the information that there is paid parking for £20 and instead paid for a spot close by for £13 but really wished we’d just parked at the hotel. The front entrance is beside the city tour bus stops and Princes Street is about 100 metres away. We checked in on-line however as we arrived early we wanted to drop our bags while we went out to explore Edinburgh. Unfortunately we had to wait in a queue for about 10 minutes as there were a lot of people checking in."

"Location is ideal, close to everything. Breakfast is very good with a daily cup of champagne, with an amazing view on the city. Room is very comfortable with free mini-bar refiles everyday. First time I see a Dyson hair dryer and ghd in a hotel! You are welcomed with a class if champagne, and you can also enjoy another one on the terrasse once per stay. Lovely stay! "
