"Customer service was outstanding. Super friendly and outgoing. The elevator was out of service, however we were on the 1st floor so that didnt affect us. Hotel was clean and the pool and hot tub were enjoyable. When they came to clean the rooms, they left the pizza boxes and beds didnt get made, ..."
