"Two factors made our stay at this house so memorable: 1) The house sits on the beautiful island of Stegesund (no cars, only a small dirt road) that overlooks gorgeous water just outside of the town of Vaxholm. The July sun bathes the house in warm light all day long. You get the benefit of feeling away from the city while only being a 5 minute ferry/boat ride away from Vaxholm. "Very clean, super friendly staff, great breakfast options, very comfy bed. Easy to navigate. Several bus stations close by. Quiet location. Plenty of food options around. Hotel put up a cot for our little one upon request. The studios come with washing up liquid and sponge which was great, no toiletries apart from hair/body wash on the wall which was fine. "We needed a stay close to Stockholmsmässan, and this was exactly as we required as it was just a short walk away (less than 10mins). There was a small supermarket on the corner, basic cooking facilities in the room, and a few places to eat in walking distance (or on Uber Eats).
