"Small and friendly Appart-Hotel. When we arrived, we were informed that we had been upgraded to a larger room which was a pleasant surprise. The room was really nice and had a lot of things you would need to make meals. The coffee machine was also a welcomed sight. "Amazing stay. Reception were extremely helpful and even complimented us with an early check in upon arrival. Apartment clean with fully equipped kitchen. We did not find the apartments hot at night as stated in previous reviews. Apartment was road facing and all road noise was blocked out by the triple glazing. "A very nice hotel that is close to both the train station and old town/city center Luxembourg. There was some noise from road works outside the hotel, but that’s not the hotel’s fault at all. "After problems with the original accommodation that we had booked (which wasn't Novotel), it was a relief to be greeted by such friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and very comfortable, breakfast was excellent and the location was ideal for exploring Luxembourg. The centre was easily accessible by tram, or via a very nice walk through the old fort. My kids loved it!"

"The location of this property is unbeatable, especially for the price. The views are absolutely stunning and the entire city is very walkable from the hotel. The main thing we did not like was that the lamps on the bed are directly above your head and we hit our heads a few times. "
