Lovely location and very peaceful, Very attentive staff nothing felt too much trouble, Parking could maybe be better and would possibly put us off visiting in the summer months when i would imagine it must be very busy. Room 12 was really nice, more of a suite than a room with a little outside space for two overlooking the many people and the hand water ferry. Food was good if huge. Breakfast was outstanding, fresh and delicious. Well done. Peter.

Stayed In room 11 - room was clean, beautiful and spacious. The bed was super comfy. breakfast was lovely and very good value for money . Personally didn’t use the restaurant other than for breakfast as it seemed pricey. Not much around the area other than the beautiful walks and scenery. Other activities just a couple of minutes away in the car but if you’re looking for a peaceful stay with plenty of walks it’s a perfect off grid break . There is a canoe hire on site also
