"We stayed here for a gig (BFMV & Trivium) and I can’t say anything bad. Reading some of the other reviews did make me nervous about my stay but the room me and my fiancè had was clean, tidy and warm. We left our luggage in the room and locked the door behind us and everything was fine. The staff were lovely, when we came back in at 1am ish that night they were dealing with an unfortunate aggressive drunk guy at the doors and security handled him very very well without escalating the situation. Check in was smooth, check out was even smoother (you just plonk the keycard in the bin at the desk). Overall, I would be happy to stay here again. "

"Easy checkin and check out. Felt very safe in the hotel and was very convenient and walkable to the 02 Ritz to see our concert on the Monday 3rd Feb. Staff lovely and Dorcas was very friendly when serving our meal in the evening on the Sunday."

"Lovely stay here! Excellent location, nicely furnished and good kitchen area. The only downside is the double bed isnt a double matress but two singles pushed together so a gap can sometimes form over time. However this doesnt bother us too much and we've stayed a few times and enjoyed."
