Wonderful Stay

A great property for 5 of us. Host was friendly and a pleasure to deal with, she even greeted us with a dessert. House was clean and a nice neighborhood to walk around, close to the market, restaurants and bakery. Definitely recommend!

Great stay

Very welcoming hostess, large apartment with well set up kitchen and great shower and comfortable beds. Very convenient location, we particularly loved the play park and mini golf and bakery . Highly recommended , an easy drive to the castles. Just wish we’d stayed longer than 3 days!

Perfect in every detail

Very well decorated and clean, you could tell that the owners put care into preparing the apartment for guests. Kitchen and appliances fully funcional, beds were SUPER cozy. Apartment was very spacious and well divided. Simply perfect! The neighbourhood is also amazing for biking and hiking.

AMAZING rental!

The Wahl family was gracious beyond compare and their VRBO house was spacious, well appointed, clean, and located in one of the most charming towns my family has ever visited. We were sad to leave and I hope we can return!

Roomy house with great park nearby

This house was a great fit for our large family. It is close to a great park that includes a minigolf course. Down the street are a bakery and the local church which is very nice. 20 minutes from Neuchwanstein. Host was very helpful.

The absolute best!

This wonderful property and host were one of our favorites. The flat had everything you need. The host was prenominal. She and her husband were very accommodating. Being from the US, I asked for ice trays and they provided them.

Small town, big space, great owner.

We used this as base camp for trips to Neuschwanstein (20 min), Fussen (10 min), Uberammergau(40 min), and Zugspitze (50 min). Fantastic little restaurant 3 minutes walk away (incl. German beer garden) and two great breakfast delis where we had pastries both days. Grocery store two minutes walk past restaurant. We did not try the recommended restaurant across the street from the house as we wanted a traditional Bavarian experience. The German restaurant was so good we went two consecutive nights. Figure 25€ per person for great food, dessert,, and beer or wine. Regarding the house: Accommodation clean and comfortable. Kids playroom, living room, and well equipped kitchen downstairs. Upstairs three good bedrooms and two bathrooms. Only one shower. So peaceful and quiet. Parking right outside front door. Laundry was easy as owner helped us with on-site machines. This was about halfway through 16 day trip so we had a lot of laundry to do. Easy. Great base to explore region.

Tolles Haus in perfekter Lage

Bei dem Ferienhaus handelt es sich um ein altes Bauernhaus, welches sehr liebevoll renoviert wurde. Das Anwesen befindet sich mitten im Ortszentrum von Roßhaupten, liegt aber dennoch in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Die Ausstattung lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind allesamt geräumig und die Betten sehr bequem. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist aber die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschfat der Gastegeberin. Wir haben uns hier wie zu Hause gefühlt und waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort. Danke nochmal für den leckeren Kuchen, den es zur Anreise gegeben hat.

Bridget is a fantastic host. Lovely cake when we arrived, beautiful flowers and local treats when we left. Helpful recommendations. House is lovely and fantastic location. Highly recommend. Only downside was VRBO didn’t communicate charges that had to be paid to owners on site. Wish we had been given total amount not just initial charge.

Wir waren mit 3 Kinder (9,14&16) vor Ort. Die Gastgeberin begrüßte uns mit einem köstlichen selbstgemachten Kuchen. Sie stand uns stets informativ in allen Fragen zur Seite. Die Ferienwohnung über 2 Etagen bot ausreichend Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten.

Kurzurlaub mit Familie

Wir haben uns dort mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern getroffen. Sehr herzliche Gastgeberin die jederzeit hilfreiche Tipps für uns hatte. Das Haus hat eine gute Aufteilung der Zimmer, eine gute Ausstattung und eine Küche in der es an nichts fehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen mit Sicherheit gerne wieder.

Gemütliches Haus

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem gemütlich eingerichteten Haus. Es war sehr sauber und hatte genug Platz für uns alle (zwei Erwachsene und vier Kinder). Es gab ein Klettergerüst mit Schaukeln im Garten und ganz viel Wiese zum Spielen für die Kinder. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Schön wars!

Quartier, Ort und Umgebung sind sehr gut für einen Urlaub mit Kindern geeignet. Fr. Linder war beim checkin und checkout sehr freundlich, sie gab wertvolle Tipps für den Aufenthalt, z.B. über Gaststätten und die Verkehrssituation. Sollte es einige Tage Dauerregen geben wäre das in diesem Quartier kein Problem.

Schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnung bei tollen Gastgebern

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist auch super. Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Gastgeber-Familie ist freundlich und kann viele Tipps geben. Wir haben uns super aufgehoben gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein toll ausgestattetes und sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich, wohnlich, toll eingerichtet und ausgestattet und einfach zum rundum wohlfühlen. Dazu tragen die Vermieter auch persönlich bei durch nette Gespräche, tolle Ausflugstipps und leckeren Kuchen und Marmelade zur Ankunft und zum Abschied. Wir kommen sehr gern noch mal wieder!
