Representing the Art of Mountain Living.

The Mountain Project, also known as The Compound, features trend setting style town homes offering 100% functional layouts and features, durable and sustainable materials that rock the funk factor! Clustered at the base of legendary Red Mountain Resort, with year-round activities out your door, these homes are custom-crafted and represent the pinnacle of the art of mountain living.

The Mountain Project #7 has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms plus garage with ski-tuning / work bench complete with a fully furnished and stocked kitchen, designer furniture and high end linens/towels. On-demand hot water and in-floor radiant heat, LED lighting plus industrial light fixtures, concrete flooring and concrete counter tops and metal accent siding make up these modern architecture homes.

The windows are high-end German Engineered Unilux Premium Double-Tilt which means they have 2 sets of hinges so one can open it just slightly at the top (hinge at bottom of window) or swing wide open for maximum fresh air (hinge on the side); very cool.

The entry level welcomes you inside from the garage or front door into the large foyer with shelving for organized outerwear, bench seat and cubbies. Also on this level is first of 3 bedrooms, and 3pc bathroom.

Main floor is all living area and upstairs has a foyer that could be a good work/office area and then 2 more bedrooms. Large flat screen smart TV with Netflix built in. Sonos speaker easily paired to guests smart devices. Large covered patio with patio set and premium gas BBQ.

Amazing rental
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful unit. It is located close to the base lodge, only a 5 minute walk. It was very spacious. Lots of space to keep all your ski gear in the garage and entry way. The radiant heated floors were wonderful and kept the unit warm and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The check-in was easy and straightforward. I would definitely stay here again.

Red Mountain ski getaway
Hi, we had a great time in Rossland. Red Mountain is an incredible ski resort. We loved the glade skiing and the variety in the terrain. There is something for everyone. There are hardly any lines at the ski lifts! We were lucky because there was a huge dump of snow before our arrival. So lots of powder skiing for us :)! The accommodation was great and the location too. We did have problems with the hot water supply. Only enough hot water for 2 people to shower. The others have to wait a while. We we told this will be fixed this summer. We definitely recommend this property.

Great location, easy access.
a group of us stayed here for a race. We chose it because of the location. The property we originally booked became unavailable but the property manger found us a better place for the same cost in the same area, so we were happy. Would book with this company again.

Great location at foot of ski hill. Comfortable accommodations. Less costly than staying at the big name resort with same amenities.

Fantastic unit, walking distance to base of Red
We had a great 4 day ski trip with a group of six. We couldn't have asked for more from this unit. It was very clean, well appointed, great amenities, like three bathrooms, fast wifi, Sonos, outdoor grill. It has very easy access to the base of Red (5 min walk). The heated garage provided excellent storage for skis overnight. The kitchen was fully equipped for easy meal prep (there's a great grocery store in town, 7 min drive away). Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Red!
