The quiet and centrally located holiday apartment offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. It has a living room with television, a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) and a full bathroom (with bathtub).

When the weather is good, you can enjoy your breakfast on the balcony with a view of the city archives and the registry office.

The city center and the tram can be reached in just 3 minutes on foot.

2 separate bedrooms, each with a large Kingszie box spring bed, allows our guests to sleep comfortably. Here you can enjoy the night.

In the daylight bathroom you will find a modern bathtub and an extra shower. New bathroom furniture in a stylish ambience invites you to have extensive bathing pleasure.

The new modern kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to the dishwasher and oven, you will find all the cooking utensils you need for an enjoyable evening here. Here you can prepare great dishes and enjoy them at the dining table with the whole family.

The spacious living room with smart TV (Netflix etc.) with a view of the inner courtyard also has a large sofa, which can be easily converted into a bed.

The WiFi is free for you in the accommodation.

Games and books for adults can be used free of charge.

Other important information
Bed linen and towels are not included. Linen packages can be booked for 22 per person. We will be happy to prepare everything for you so that you have a nice time when you arrive.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, super Lage, ein paar kleine Kritikpunkte: Nicht kommuniziert war, dasd die Wohnung in der 3. Etage war- für Gehbehinderte ein Problem. Zudem war in dem Mehrfamilienhauses MMMehrfamilienhaus
