All apartments in the Sterntaler house are lovingly furnished in a romantic fairytale ambience and at the same time have comfortable furnishings: TV, stereo radio / CD, Internet / WLAN and modern kitchenettes (with microwave, hob, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc .). The apartment on the 1st floor offers you a beautiful terrace, a cozy living / dining area (sofa bed), separate bedroom with double bed, shower / toilet. Our large garden (with barbecue area, loungers and beach chairs) is at your disposal for nice hours outdoors and in the sun. Fairytale by the sea. We wish you a nice holiday...

For all stays that are booked from August 2019, bed linen / towels / final cleaning are included in the final price. We have changed our price scale to simplify it.

The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality.

There are no parking spaces belonging to the house in Fritz-Reuter-Straße. Ask us about parking.

House Rules / Prices:
The above prices are calculated for a stay of up to 2 people and 7 seven nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. (For all stays booked from August 2019!). You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between a surcharge of up to 2 nights and / or less than 7 nights. Children up to the age of 6 live with parents and grandparents free of charge. For each additional person we charge an amount of 15 euros / night / person (so-called extra bed). We have a limited number of parking spaces in Warnemünde. If available, these cost 7 euros / night / car. We also name alternatives on request. General features are listed in the equipment features. T. in the house and not in every single apartment, which we would be happy to provide for your stay: DVD players / DVDs gg. Deposit to be collected from our office, cot / high chair one-time fee of 7 €, microwave on request. The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality. ________ We would be happy to make you a personal, individual offer. You can also view and query the prices directly on our website. Special conditions for long-term stays on request / VAT can be stated. Tourist tax in Warnemünde per day / € full price * HS 2.25 €, reduced 1.50 €, reduced price * NS 1.50 €, reduced 1.00 (HS = high season (May-Sep), NS = low season (Oct-Apr)) * The amount of the spa tax will be charged per night for the duration of your stay. Children up to 16 years do not pay spa tax. The discounts apply to pupils, trainees, students and the severely disabled.

1 traumhafte Woche in Warnemünde
Wie bereits letztes Jahr war auch diese Unterkunft von Fügners perfekt. Super sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ausstattung perfekt. Die Kommunikation war wieder mal einwandfrei, freundlich und herzlich. Die Lage ein Traum. Nächstes Jahr werden wieder bei Simone Fügner buchen.

Kleine nette Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles was man brauchte war da. Wie schon bereits von anderen beschrieben ist die Lösung mit der Badezimmertür nicht ideal, da immer ein Spalt offen bleibt. Ansonsten ist alles so wie beschrieben und die Wohnung hat einen schönen Balkon zum Sitzen. Wir kommen gerne noch mal wieder.

Schön und modern
Saubere, modern eingerichtete FeWo. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für die Hellhörigkeit (konnte den Nachbarn schnarchen hören) und für die Bad“tür“ in Form einer Schiebeglastür zum Bett hin, die nicht ganz schließt, so auch keine Geräusche abhält und natürlich auch das Licht vom Bad ins Schlafzimmer durchlässt, wenn Nachts der Zimmerpartner mal ins Bad muss. Der schmale Raum wurde zwar so gut genutzt, vllt lässt sich da aber eine bessere Variante für eine Tür finden. Sonst alles top und unkompliziert.

Sehr geschmackvoll, für 3 zu klein Bett leider viel zu weich. Schiebertür zur Toilette nicht ganz zu schließen, anders wohl nicht möglich, aber Intimsphäre nicht gegeben. Lage hervorragend, schöner Balkon, Sofa leider Flecken auf.

zentrale Lage, schöne FeWo, Schlafzimmer etwas eng
Die FeWo liegt fußläufig zum Strand und zu den Restaurants am alten Strom, auch Post, Bäckerei und Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die kleine Küche mit Herd und Kühlschrank war ausreichend. Dusche, WC sind neu, lediglich das Schlafzimmer ist etwas klein (140 cm Bett) und kein Platz zum abstellen von Koffern. Wenn Verkehr auf der davor vorbeilaufenden Straße ist, kann es auch laut werden.

Es ist eine wirklich schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit großem Balkon, die praktisch eingerichtet und super gelegen ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war super freundlich und einwandfrei, auch das Ein-und Auschecken.
