The hotel is 2 minutes walk to Main Entrance of the village. The hotel has a 1Star Michelin Restaurant. We will surely return.

We stayed at the Alter Ego - beautiful, contemporary rooms and we enjoyed the shared space with free coffee and wine/beer/snacks for purchase. Very convenient and close to the wall. Staff was excellent. Dinner was fabulous. Opted out for the breakfast - seems like that should be included in the price of the room.

Nice hotel very close to city center Staff was OK, not very courteous. Not many spoke english, and breakfast service was poor in relation to its cost Hotel was clean and renovated. Missed essentials like hairblowers.

Lovely one night stay at this cute hotel. Very easy to walk to the center of town. We were able to park behind the hotel for free. Comfortable and spacious room. No AC but we were fine with the provided fan. The best part was dinner at the Michelin star restaurant. Would stay here again!

Lovely historic building, excellent location
Confusing to locate building. VERY limited onsite parking, no lift (elevator). Beautiful building, excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Steps away from entrance to Old Town, Michelin rated restaurant (we did not have time to try). Very quaint (spacious) room with amenities. Construction taking place at entrance to hotel- be aware!

This was an amazing stop on our driving tour through Europe. So welcoming and the rooms were outstanding. Breakfast was beyond delicious. Loved how easy it was to walk into town. Highly recommend!!

Lovely place along the Romantic Rosd
I enjoyed my one night stay as I followed the Romantic Road. It is an excellent location just steps outside the walls. Loved my room but the pillows were too soft for me and the bed too hard. Everything else was great. Staff members carried my luggage up and down for me. It’s a beautiful property. The lack of A/C was worrisome as it was hot but it was fine in the room.

Although this is a very nice hotel located right outside the entrance to the inner city, it lacks air conditioners and fans. As a result, we had to sleep with the windows open hearing all the cars and people outside during the night and morning. Aside from this issue, it is a very nice hotel.
